Project details:

A new opportunity was spotted in the Asia Pacific market for an online system aimed at Sales professionals wishing to manage and improve their sales skills and performance. The system would allow anyone in the market to register with the system and complete questionnaires which analyses their current sales techniques and performance. They can then access reports which outline methods to improve.

The project was developed in conjunction with sales professionals and subject matter experts based in Singapore and required weekly conference calls to establish business requirements and system requirements and to review iterative wire frame and full prototype reviews. I developed the branding and UI design and code for the marketing site and the application. I also worked closely on and was a major input into the business and system requirements. I worked closely with the offshore development team, ensuring outputted code matched the initial UI design and prototype and conducted usability testing with target audience.

This was a challenging project requiring excellent communication and design skills which required working with people in different time zones and very different cultures. The project was due for completion after I left SHL but was in final testing when I left and is now live.
